1. What kind of chocolate can be used in the fountain?
Answer : We use only the finest premium Belgian chocolate. Our chocolate is specially
formulated to provide flawless chocolate flow. Your guests will rave about the beauty, aroma and
intense flavor.
2. How does the chocolate fountain works?
Answer : The base of chocolate fountain consists of a reservoir that will hold approximately 6-25
pounds of chocolate (depending on the fountain sizes). The chocolate is kept warm by the use of an
internal heating element. When the fountain is turned on, an auger, which is located the center of the
fountain, lifts the chocolate to the top of the fountain. Once to the top, the chocolate then cascades
down the fountain, completely covering the multiple round tiers. The chocolate then returns into the
reservoir where the process starts all over again.

Answer : The chocolate fountain requires a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of the
location of the chocolate fountain. In addition, a sturdy table ( 6 foot-rectangle or 54"/60" round ) is
mandatory. If it's not level, the chocolate fountain will not flow properly. Please re-confirm these
requirements with your event planner or caterer before the event so that there is no delay in the setup
of the chocolate fountain. Table should be in place ready before our arriving for setup.
